John helped me install my new roof in San Bruno. Him and his team did a great job at reasonable prices. I got 4 estimates and John came in with the best price and did quality work.

Contacted John a couple of weeks ago. Wow, he actually answers his phone. He came over to take a look at my project and the reason I finally went with him is because he took the time to tell me and show me what materials he would use and he was just very straightforward about the way he does business. I felt like I wasn’t getting ‘sold’.

Within a week his crew was tearing down my old roof and torching down a bitumen replacement. I really like the fact that he was genuinely interested in making sure that the roofing and drainage system were sloped correctly and that he also didn’t nickel and dime me for things that other roofers were prepared to charge extra for.

When I did notice some issues that I thought needed attention, his crew came back the next day and had it done fast.

John recently installed new roofing on our house to get it prepared for solar panel installation from Solar City. The guy from Solar City recommended him and in just a few days he visited the site and gave us a detailed estimate. Cost was very reasonable and the new roof came with a 5 year warranty. John and his guys took only a couple of days to rip off the tar and gravel and install the new roofing. It was very quick and there were no off putting tar smell since the new roof is some sort of vinyl. If you need a new roof then Jon is your man!
