John came by the other day out of the blue. He remembered a project my mom wanted to do at the time when he was putting up the new roofing. He was working nearby and just happen to remember about it and came by to share his ideas on the project. He even gave me tips on improving the new fence I recently put up. And he even said to call him anytime I needed more help or ideas.
