Scott Watkins, President and CEO founded his company in Sarasota, Florida after relocating from the state of Michigan in 2007. Scott spent several years as a contractor working with some of the largest residential and commercial builders in Southeast Michigan. After moving to Florida, Scott has become a successful contractor working on projects such as World of Beers in Sarasota; complete condo/home renovations around Sarasota and Bradenton. His exceptional work ethics and wide range of experience, along with his down-to-earth personality will make a lasting impression for any client.

Watkins Contracting is also pleased to announce the addition of Interior Design services to its realm of work. Mary Weinstein-Singer, a professional Interior Designer, also from the state of Michigan has joined forces with Scott to provide design assistance to clients who may find it helpful. Mary has over 12 years experience with residential remodels as well as new construction interior finishes. Her attention to detail and her “lets make this easy” attitude will certainly make your project less stressful and more exciting.
